Will the Lunchman

He takes lunch seriously. He is wary of gimmicky or snobbish food trends. He is the Lunchman. 

Connoisseur background: 

A highly-regarded epicurean out of Nazareth Academy, Will brought his talents to The Cream City. He enrolled at Marquette University and found immediate success. Will guided his Schroeder Hall dormmates to Marquette Gyros, Real Chili, and other Brewtown institutions. Will trekked across Milwaukee to Jalisco so frequently, he achieved vaunted "regular customer" status. Will didn't do it for the title, rather for the meals shared with friends...and maybe one or two "I Closed Wolski's" bumper stickers. 

Upon graduation, Will sought his next challenge in the City of Big Shoulders. The limitless restaurants of Chicago and the surrounding suburbs drove his gastronomic pursuit to new heights.

in 2019, he teamed with author Dan Loftus on the podcast series Lunch Angle, which highlighted local gems. One particular episode about El Faro in Summit earned national acclaim. 

Will's quest to enjoy great lunches across the region continues to this day. The Chicago Podcast will be invited along to select lunches, as determined by the Lunchman.
